Privacy Policy

Overview
Noor is designed to be private by default. No account is required to use the app, and your personal spiritual data (prayers, reading progress, bookmarks, settings) stays on your device. We do not sell data, and we show no third-party advertising.
Data stored only on your device
- Prayer-times settings, calculation method, and selected location
- Quran reading progress, bookmarks, and Khatm plans
- Tasbeeh counters, streaks, app preferences, and language choice
This information is stored locally (on-device storage) and never transmitted to us. Uninstalling the app deletes it permanently.
Location
Approximate location is used to calculate accurate prayer times and the Qibla direction. Location is processed on your device to compute these results; it is not stored on our servers and is never shared with third parties.
Ask Noor (AI assistant)
When you send a question to the Ask Noor assistant, the text of your question, together with the current date and time, is sent to third-party AI providers (such as OpenAI or Google) to generate an answer. If you use voice input, your recorded voice is sent to third-party AI transcription providers (such as OpenAI or Google) to convert it to text; the audio is transmitted over an encrypted connection and is not stored by Noor. Noor asks for your permission before your question or voice is first sent, and shows a data notice inside Ask Noor. Do not include personal or sensitive information in your questions. Ask Noor is an informational research helper, not a fatwa service. These AI providers process this data solely to generate your answer, and we only use providers that commit in their terms to protect the data they process with the same or equal level of protection as described in this policy; they may not use it for advertising or profiling.
Purchases
All purchases (Noor Pro subscriptions and Support Noor tips) are processed entirely by Apple and our subscription partner, RevenueCat. We never see or store your payment details. RevenueCat receives a random, anonymous app-user identifier to manage your entitlements and purchases.
Quran & content sources
Quran text, translations, and audio are retrieved from public Islamic content APIs (such as quran.com) when you stream or search. These requests are not linked to you personally.
Notifications
Prayer and Quran reminders are scheduled locally on your device. We do not operate push servers and do not send marketing notifications.
Contact form
If you contact us through the in-app form, the name, email address, and message you provide are used solely to respond to you. They are not added to any mailing list and are not shared with third parties.
Children
Noor contains no ads, social features, or content inappropriate for children, and does not knowingly collect personal information from anyone, including children under 13.
Changes & contact
We may update this policy as the app evolves; the latest version is always available here and inside the app (Settings → Privacy Policy). For any privacy question, use the in-app contact form (Settings → Contact Us).

نظرة عامة
صُمم تطبيق نور ليكون خاصًا بشكل افتراضي. لا يتطلب التطبيق أي حساب، وتبقى بياناتك الروحية الشخصية (الصلوات، تقدم القراءة، العلامات المرجعية، الإعدادات) على جهازك. نحن لا نبيع البيانات ولا نعرض أي إعلانات.
البيانات المخزنة على جهازك فقط
- إعدادات مواقيت الصلاة وطريقة الحساب والموقع المختار
- تقدم قراءة القرآن والعلامات المرجعية وخطط الختمة
- عدّادات التسبيح والسلاسل وتفضيلات التطبيق واللغة
تُخزَّن هذه المعلومات محليًا على جهازك ولا تُرسَل إلينا مطلقًا. حذف التطبيق يحذفها نهائيًا.
الموقع الجغرافي
يُستخدم الموقع التقريبي لحساب مواقيت الصلاة واتجاه القبلة بدقة. تتم معالجة الموقع على جهازك فقط، ولا يُخزَّن على خوادمنا ولا يُشارك مع أي طرف ثالث.
المساعد الذكي «اسأل نور»
عند إرسال سؤال إلى المساعد الذكي، يُرسَل نص السؤال مع التاريخ والوقت الحاليين إلى مزوّدي ذكاء اصطناعي تابعين لجهات خارجية (مثل OpenAI أو Google) لتوليد الإجابة. وإذا استخدمت الإدخال الصوتي، يُرسَل صوتك المسجَّل إلى مزوّدي خدمة تحويل الكلام إلى نص بالذكاء الاصطناعي؛ وتتم المعالجة عبر اتصال مشفّر ولا يحتفظ نور بالصوت. يطلب نور موافقتك قبل إرسال سؤالك أو صوتك لأول مرة، ويعرض تنبيهًا عن البيانات داخل «اسأل نور». لا تُدرج معلومات شخصية أو حساسة في أسئلتك. «اسأل نور» مساعد بحثي معلوماتي وليس خدمة فتاوى. يعالج مزوّدو الذكاء الاصطناعي هؤلاء البيانات فقط لتوليد إجابتك، ولا نستخدم إلا مزوّدين يلتزمون في شروطهم بحماية البيانات التي يعالجونها بالمستوى نفسه من الحماية الموضح في هذه السياسة أو ما يعادلها؛ ولا يجوز لهم استخدامها للإعلان أو إنشاء ملفات تعريف.
المشتريات
تُعالَج جميع المشتريات (اشتراكات نور برو وإكراميات «ادعم نور») بالكامل عبر Apple وشريك الاشتراكات RevenueCat. نحن لا نرى ولا نخزّن تفاصيل الدفع الخاصة بك أبدًا. يصل RevenueCat إلى معرّف عشوائي مجهول لإدارة صلاحياتك ومشترياتك فقط.
القرآن ومصادر المحتوى
يُجلب نص القرآن والترجمات والتلاوات من واجهات برمجية عامة لمحتوى إسلامي (مثل quran.com) عند البث أو البحث، وهذه الطلبات غير مرتبطة بشخصك.
التنبيهات
تُبرمَج تنبيهات الصلاة والقرآن محليًا على جهازك. لا نشغّل خوادم إشعارات ولا نرسل إشعارات تسويقية.
نموذج التواصل
إذا تواصلت معنا عبر النموذج داخل التطبيق، تُستخدم الاسم والبريد الإلكتروني والرسالة للرد عليك فقط، ولا تُضاف إلى أي قائمة بريدية ولا تُشارك مع أي طرف ثالث.
الأطفال
لا يحتوي نور على إعلانات أو ميزات اجتماعية أو محتوى غير مناسب للأطفال، ولا يجمع عمدًا أي معلومات شخصية من أي شخص، بمن في ذلك الأطفال دون ١٣ عامًا.
