1. Acceptance
By using Noor you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
2. License & permitted use
Noor is licensed to you for personal, non-commercial use on devices you own or control. You may not copy, resell, or exploit the app or its premium content commercially.
3. Religious content & the AI assistant
Noor provides Quran text, translations, duas, prayer times, and an AI research assistant ("Ask Noor") for informational purposes only. Ask Noor does not issue religious rulings (fatwas). Always verify important religious matters with qualified scholars. Prayer-time calculations follow recognized astronomical methods; minor differences between methods are normal.
4. Purchases (Noor Pro & Support Noor tips)
- Noor Pro is an auto-renewing subscription purchased through your Apple ID via Apple's In-App Purchase system.
- Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- You can manage or cancel your subscription anytime in your App Store account settings.
- Any free trial offered converts to a paid subscription unless canceled before it ends.
- Support Noor tips are optional one-time purchases processed entirely by Apple via your Apple ID. Each tip is consumed immediately, does not renew, and does not unlock any content, features, or services.
- Tips are voluntary contributions to support the ongoing development of Noor and are non-refundable except where required by Apple policy or applicable law.
5. Content accuracy
We take great care to source Quran text, translations, and audio from reputable public projects. If you spot an error, please report it via the contact form. Religious content is provided "as is"; we are not liable for errors in third-party content sources.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the app, attempt to disrupt our services, abuse the contact form or AI assistant with spam or unlawful content, or reverse-engineer the app to circumvent premium features.
7. Disclaimer & liability
The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Noor's developers are not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the app, including reliance on its content.
8. Changes
We may update these Terms; the current version is always available here and in the app. Continued use after changes means acceptance.

١. القبول
باستخدامك تطبيق نور فإنك توافق على هذه الشروط. إذا لم توافق، فيرجى عدم استخدام التطبيق.
٢. الترخيص والاستخدام المسموح
يُرخَّص لك تطبيق نور للاستخدام الشخصي غير التجاري على الأجهزة التي تملكها أو تتحكم بها. لا يجوز نسخ التطبيق أو بيعه أو استغلال محتواه المميز تجاريًا.
٣. المحتوى الديني والمساعد الذكي
يقدّم نور نص القرآن والترجمات والأدعية ومواقيت الصلاة ومساعدًا بحثيًا ذكيًا («اسأل نور») لأغراض معلوماتية فقط. «اسأل نور» لا يصدر فتاوى. تحقق دائمًا من الأمور الدينية المهمة مع علماء مؤهلين. تتبع حسابات مواقيت الصلاة طرقًا فلكية معتمدة، والاختلافات الطفيفة بين الطرق أمر طبيعي.
٤. المشتريات (نور برو وإكراميات «ادعم نور»)
- نور برو اشتراك يتجدد تلقائيًا يُشترى عبر Apple ID من نظام المشتريات داخل التطبيق.
- يُخصم المبلغ من Apple ID عند تأكيد الشراء، وتتجدد الاشتراكات تلقائيًا ما لم تُلغَ قبل ٢٤ ساعة على الأقل من نهاية الفترة الحالية.
- يمكنك إدارة الاشتراك أو إلغاؤه في أي وقت من إعدادات حسابك في App Store.
- الفترة التجريبية المجانية تتحول إلى اشتراك مدفوع ما لم تُلغَ قبل انتهائها.
- أما إكراميات «ادعم نور» فهي مشتريات اختيارية تُدفع مرة واحدة وتُعالَج بالكامل عبر Apple من خلال Apple ID الخاص بك. تُستهلك كل إكرامية فورًا ولا تتجدد ولا تفتح أي محتوى أو ميزات أو خدمات.
- الإكراميات مساهمات طوعية لدعم استمرار تطوير نور، وغير قابلة للاسترداد إلا وفقًا لسياسات Apple أو القانون المعمول به.
٥. دقة المحتوى
نعتمد مصادر موثوقة ومشاريع عامة معروفة لنص القرآن والترجمات والتلاوات. إذا لاحظت خطأً فيرجى إبلاغنا عبر نموذج التواصل. يُقدَّم المحتوى الديني «كما هو»، ولسنا مسؤولين عن أخطاء مصادر المحتوى الخارجية.
٦. الاستخدام المقبول
توافق على عدم إساءة استخدام التطبيق، أو محاولة تعطيل خدماتنا، أو إرسال محتوى مزعج أو غير قانوني عبر نموذج التواصل أو المساعد الذكي، أو محاولة تجاوز الميزات المميزة.
٧. إخلاء المسؤولية
يُقدَّم التطبيق «كما هو» دون أي ضمانات. إلى أقصى حد يسمح به القانون، لا يتحمل مطورو نور أي مسؤولية عن أي أضرار غير مباشرة أو تبعية تنشأ عن استخدام التطبيق أو الاعتماد على محتواه.
٨. التعديلات
قد نحدّث هذه الشروط؛ النسخة الحالية متاحة دائمًا هنا وداخل التطبيق، واستمرار استخدامك بعد التعديلات يعني الموافقة عليها.
